1. When placing an order with Ascot Towing, the customer agrees to all the Terms and Conditions in this Agreement. These Terms and Conditions are also available on our website to view/print.

2. Ascot Towing maintains carriers cargo insurance which covers accidental damage to vehicles, plant and equipment during transit.  A copy of our certificate of currency is available on request.

3. Once a quote is agreed upon by both parties, any changes made by either party will require re-quoting.

4. Should the contract be terminated by the customer, Ascot Towing reserves the right to seek compensation for any out of pocket expenses for works that may have already been undertaken in preparation for completing any tasks associated with said contract.

5. Quotations are valid for 7 days and are subject to withdrawal or revision at any time at the discretion of Ascot Towing.

6. All trip rates are based on a 30km radius of Ascot Towing’s base in Deer Park. Any kilometres in excess of the 30km radius will incur an additional charge.

7. Any secondary items, machinery, vehicles etc. travelling on the same truck and to the same location will be charged at 75% of the quoted price of the first item.

8. Our driver will allow 30 minutes for both loading and unloading upon arriving on site. Any wait time incurred after this first 30 minutes will be charged at a rate of $150.00 plus GST per hour for both day and night/stand down deliveries. Please note we have tracking on all of our vehicles so any additional charges will be accurate.

9. All accounts are due and payable as specified by the due date on your invoice. Any failure to pay by this due date may lead to suspension or cancellation of your account with Ascot Towing.

10. Any additional charges incurred by Ascot Towing in seeking legal action/collection agents to collect money owed to us will be onforwarded to the customer.

11. At Ascot Towing, we endeavour to collect and deliver all equipment/vehicles/machinery in a timely manner. We will not be held liable to our customers for any late pickups or deliveries/non deliveries.

12. Any equipment/vehicles/machinery required to be delivered outside of normal trading hours will incur additional fees.

13. Service fees will be charged at a rate of 75% of the job price for any attempted or cancelled jobs.

14. Our normal Trading Hours are Monday to Friday 6.00am to 5.00pm.

15. All rates provided by Ascot Towing are subject to change. Customers will be given adequate notice of any price changes.
